If you’re looking for effective professional development for a broader scope of women within your organisation, EmbraceMyFuture for groups is the option for you.

This is a 6-part, 6-month programme designed to help organisations retain, and develop career-minded, ambitious women.

Designed by two coaches and female leaders with over 4o years combined experience working in predominantly male sectors, the course is delivered in workshops of 10-12 people maximum.

Our approach combines coaching and training techniques to build core soft skills and integrate practical, useable strategies. Through goal-setting and tools-sharing, we support delegates in turning thoughts into actions and building sustainable habits.

 

All agreements include:

consultation with leadership to understand background, challenges and organisational goals

relatable, personalised scenarios for training materials and content

pre-programme and post-programme questionnaires to measure progress

six 3-hour modules of interactive training encouraging new skills practice in relatable scenarios

comprehensive workbook with exercises, tools and learning journal
