programme for women who want to know themselves, sharpen their skills, and make a plan.
A 3-month, 6-part programme, it’s based on strengthening self-confidence, self-awareness, communication skills and resilience.
Enabling you to identify where you want to get to, what it takes to get there, what challenges you might be facing and how to work through them – to position yourself for the career that you want.
Greater clarity on what you want professionally and how to achieve it
Increased self-confidence by using goal setting and achievements to turn thoughts into actions
Fundamental communication skills to develop strong working relationships, and manage tough workplace interactions
Increased effectiveness through an understanding of how to influence others and work towards common goals
Techniques to identify negative behaviours that impact performance and build levels of resilience in stressful situations
Tools to review and manage stakeholder networks, and a plan to build visibility
A plan to integrate sustainable habits to manage career milestones and build skills

We cannot change what we are not aware of, and once we are aware, we cannot help but change.
Using coaching and training, we’ll work on developing your communication skills, self-awareness, self-confidence and resilience to support your growth.
Flexible and adaptable – while it’s a structured process, the sessions are tailored to you, your circumstances, experiences and goals.
6 x 90-minute 1-to-1 sessions online (face-to-face available when possible)
Pre- and post-programme coachee evaluation questionnaire to measure progress
Regular assignments including written reflective exercises and goal-setting
Resources (factsheets/ worksheets) at each session
Phone and email support in between sessions

EmbraceMyFuture was developed from my own experience – 20 years working in corporate communications for large multinational organisations across the automotive, defence/ aerospace and professional services sectors.
As a manager of young women, I mentored and coached individuals within the organisations I worked for. Today within my own business, I coach individuals, in particular young women, wanting to make change in their careers and professional lives.
Having observed first-hand typical patterns and common blockers to success, I have built the programme around four key enablers – self-awareness, self-confidence, communication and resilience.
